  3. A new package of training and grants has been announced by the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) and Facebook to help 60 journalists in the Middle East and North Africa. The programme includes a four-week online training course aimed at staff journalists, citizen journalists and freelancers. Graduates who have participated will be eligible to appy for 17 reporting grants of up to a maximum of $1,500 each.
